LIVIN Music Festival

COVID-19 Update

Friends & Supporters of the LIVIN Movement –

It is with great sadness that we announce that the LIVIN Music Festival for 2020 has been postponed and moved to Friday & Saturday Sept 17th & 18th 2021 at ERX Motor Park. Over the last several months we had remained cautiously optimistic that we would be able to hold our signature event in a responsible manner so that we could continue to offer HOPE to those that need it. We feel as though especially throughout these challenging times it is CRUCIAL for those of us that have been affected by mental illness & suicide to start conversations in our lives as many of our friends and loved ones are currently suffering mentally, physically, & emotionally. However, the CDC required changes & modifications to the original vision of the event in addition to the risk factors & potential liabilities were just too much for our 100% volunteer organization to absorb.

Please know that we are incredibly disappointed that it had to come to a full cancellation/postponement. Before making this decision, we explored several replacement options including scaling down the size of the event or going VIRTUAL. Even though we support many organizations holding virtual events, for this signature LIVIN Music Festival we still believe in the beauty and connection that happens with direct human interaction and the reality is that you can only get this IN-PERSON! After all, we are all about providing Help, Hope, & HUGS!

We would like it to be known that we do not make this decision out of fear, but instead out of LOVE. Love for our followers, love for our sponsors & partners, and love for our LIVIN Family. In fact, we’ve committed as an organization to re-visit all aspects of our current outreach model to ensure that we’re maximizing our overall impact on the lives of the people that are associated with our #LIVIN movement! We’ve come a long way in just the first 5 years of our organization and we’re truly just getting started. The LIVIN Foundation (and subsequently the LIVIN Music Festival) WILL come out of this situation better and stronger than ever before AND you’d better believe we’re going to make the 2021 LIVIN Music Festival the BEST ONE YET! In fact, we have already booked Eddie Montgomery from Montgomery Gentry for Saturday Sept 18th, 2021 and ALL tickets purchased in 2020 will be honored in 2021.

We thank you very much for your understanding and continued support of the LIVIN Foundation & our #LIVIN movement for positive mental health awareness & suicide prevention. Remember, it is ALWAYS a great day to be alive!
